The Honest Barbers
We catered for a local high end barber shop launch party, providing a number of platter options for their guests. Due to the local proximity we we’re able to offer a bespoke topping up service. This simply meant popping in every hour to check consumption volumes and bringing new platters for more popular items. This ensured newly arriving guests throughout the evening never went without and food was always hot and fresh. This also allowed us to avoid guess work and bringing food which wasn’t popular, hence reducing waste and costings.
HomeWork Fulham
We catered for an invite only event hosted in Fulham. We provided an array of platters, with more of a focus on easy to eat finger food whilst standing and moving around the event. To meet this requirement we opted for majority skewers and small portion sides. The customer also opted for a preference towards veggie options, hence we created unique vegetable, halloumi and falafel options

North Kensington Youth and Community Festival
We catered for a charity event in Shepard’s Bush. A very unique opportunity to try something new as the customer required healthy food options for the kids and families attending the event. We opted for pre-packaged fruit pots, creating 350 pots with a variety of tasty flavour options. As part of this event we also set up a mini stall to provide our fruit pots to passers by
